Entre 2011 y 2015 los DDHH han sufrido retrocesos importantes denunciados por ONGs como Amnistía Internacional y por organismos internacionales. Retrocesos en Derechos económicos y sociales y libertades básicas que se suman a viejos problemas en el trato a inmigrantes sin papeles, víctimas de la guerra civil y del franquismo o la violencia machista.
