Resumen de Contextos emergentes na educação superior: instabilidade educacional e as tecnopoliticas

  This work is configured as a reflection study. It aims to investigate some current public policies that are also being built for higher education in Brazil in interface with emerging contexts. This is a qualitative research based on Stephen Ball and collaborators and the perspective of the theory of interpretation / translation of policy in the context of practice (Theory Of Policy Enactment) through documents, manifestations and / or publications in social and web networks. Preliminarily, it is concluded that it is no longer possible to understand the technology and the inseparable politics, so when thinking about the emerging contexts of higher education we can identify the political and governmental forces or not, about higher education in a new condition, about a neoliberal scenario, which has been incorporated into a management and governance model that influences and modifies the contexts becoming naturalized as a political practice in higher education.

  Este trabalho configura-se como um estudo de reflexão. Tem como objetivo investigar algumas políticas públicas vigentes e que, também, estão sendo construídas para a educação superior no Brasil em interface com contextos emergentes. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa baseada em Stephen Ball e colaboradores e na perspectiva da teoria da interpretação/tradução da política no contexto da prática (Theory Of Policy Enactment) atraves de documentos, manifestações e/ou publicações em redes sociais e web. Preliminarmente, conclui-se que não é mais possivel comprender a tecnologia e a política indissociadas, por isso, ao pensar os contextos emergentes da educação superior podemos identificar as forças políticas e governamentais ou não, sobre a educação superior em uma nova condição, sobre um cenario de neoliberal, que se incorporou a um modelo de gestão e de governo que influencia e modifica os contextos se naturalizando como prática política na educação superior.
