  Un proyecto privado en un antiguo edificio situado en la C/ Samuel Baltés, nº 23, esquina con la C/ Toril (Villarejo de Salvanés), permitió documentar y estudiar un interesante complejo agroindustrial y residencial relacionado con la producción de vino,cuyo origen establecemos en la 2ª mitad del siglo XVIII y que ha estado en uso hasta el último 1/4 del siglo XX. Sucesivas reformas ilustran la evolución de los modos de producción vitivinícola en el SE de la Comunidad de Madrid a lo largo de todo ese tiempo.

  A prívate project in an old building located in the C/Samuel Baltés, nº 23, corner with the C/Toril (Villarejo de Salvanés), allowed to document and study an interesting farming and residential complex related to the production of wine, whose origin established in the second half of the eighteenth century and has been in use until the last 1/4 of the twentieth century. Successive reforms illustrate the evolution of the modes of wine production in the SE of the community of Madrid through out all that time
