    Las ciudades creativas son nuevos territorios narrativos y accesibles donde sus ciudadanos con discapacidad visual se apropian de los espacios públicos que le brindan las urbes. Una vez realizada una exposición de la realidad de la discapacidad visual en el mundo y en Chile, en este artículo se llevará a cabo un análisis cualitativo/descriptivo de una aplicación para móviles llamada “Lazarillo” de Santiago de Chile. “Lazarillo” es un proyecto social donde las nuevas tecnologías de la información y la comunicación están al servicio de unas nuevas interpretaciones y percepciones que del espacio público hacen este colectivo para ser partícipes de cómo se comunican ellos con la ciudad y la ciudad con ellos, y entre ellos. Un diálogo continuo que nos permite analizar cómo estos nuevos territorios creativos pueden, son o se pueden convertir en espacios accesibles e igualitarios, gracias al empleo de herramientas que hacen uso de los avances tecnológicos, tanto abiertos como privados. También se han realizado dos entrevistas a miembros de la empresa desarrolladora de esta aplicación, para conocer las claves de accesibilidad utilizadas, así como las razones por las que han diseñado la aplicación tal y como es actualmente, afrontando los diferentes retos que sus usuarios, y las ciudades donde viven, les plantean.

    Creative cities are new narrative and accessible territories where their citizens with visual disabilities take ownership of the public spaces offered by the cities. In this article, once the reality of the visual impairment in the world and in Chile is exposed, a qualitative / descriptive analysis of a mobile application called “Lazarillo” of Santiago de Chile will be made. “Lazarillo” is a social project where the new information and communication technologies are at the service of new interpretations and perceptions of the public space that make this group to be participants in how they communicate with the city and the city with them, and between them. A continuous dialogue that allows us to analyze how these new creative territories can, are or can be converted into accessible and egalitarian spaces, thanks to the use of the tools that use the new technological advances, open and private ones. There have been made two interviews to members of the company that develops the application, to know the accessibility keys used and the reasons that make them design the application as it is today, confronting the challenges that their users and the cities where they live set out to them.
