  • The research presents the results of activities conducted on European Parks. Characteristic examples are the Quinta da Regaleira in Sintra (Portugal), the Retiro Park in Madrid (Spain), the Dessau-Wörlitz Garden (Germany), the Kungsparken Park in Malmö (Sweden) and the Royal Park of Tirana (Albania). The survey activities and the graphic representation of the architectural and vegetation contexts were returned through drawings and digital models in order to populate a virtual database currently being implemented. The latter, which often lack graphic documentation, were studied both through unpublished archive documents and through survey campaigns designed to gain knowledge of the places and architectural artefacts present there. The objective of the research is the graphic documentation, through the most innovative digital technologies, for the protection and regeneration of the contexts.
