Resumen de El mandato constitucional de fomento de las cooperativas en México

  Son indiscutibles los beneficios que las cooperativas aportan a las naciones a través de la generación de empleos, la erradicación de la pobreza y su contribución a los indicadores económicos, por lo que resulta relevante conocer el rol que tienen los poderes públicos en su fomento y cómo a través de ordenamientos jurídicos y políticas públicas para el sector social de la economía es posible garantizar su organización y expansión. Con el presente artículo se buscó identificar los preceptos constitucionales que contemplan el fomento de las cooperativas en México, así como su instrumentación a través de leyes y la creación de políticas públicas. De manera que se analizaron los ordenamientos jurídicos vigentes y las resoluciones de la Corte, así como programas que dirigen las acciones de los organismos públicos, para el cumplimiento del mandato constitucional de fomento de las cooperativas. Se concluye que, el Estado tiene un rol central en la creación, protección y consolidación de instituciones que promuevan el bien común y que impulsen beneficios para la sociedad.

  The benefits that cooperatives provide to nations through the generation of jobs, the eradication of poverty and their contribution to economic indicators are indisputable, so it is important to know the role that public authorities have in their promotion and how through legal systems and public policies for the social sector of the economy it is possible to guarantee its organization and expansion. So, the current legal systems and the resolutions of the Court were analyzed, as well as programs that direct the actions of public organizations for the fulfillment of the constitutional mandate of promotion of cooperatives. It is concluded that the State has a central role in the creation, protection and consolidation of institutions that seek the common good and that provide benefits to society.
