  • Highlights the Integrated Management Strategic Plan for Municipal Solid Waste based on technical directives from European Union: packagings and restfull of solid waste. The hierarchy of environmental solutions: avoidance of waste generation, the option more desirable, followed by re-use, recycling and energy recovery and the last option, the final and controlled disposal.
