Trobairitz, una mirada desde el siglo XXI

    Las trobairitz fueron mujeres nobles y cultas de los siglos XII-XIII. Se dedicaron al arte de trovar y cantar al amor cortés con gran libertad dentro de las estrictas normas de la literatura del fin' amors. Este estudio aborda quiénes y cuántas fueron aquellas mujeres, ahondaremos en lo que supuso para estas compositoras expresarse en su lengua vernácula y su estilo literario poético y musical. Nos acercaremos a la figura de las trobairitz desde el siglo XXI, analizando la historia de la recepción de estas mujeres desde la inclusión de las trobairitz en la historia contemporánea de la música, y desde el estudio de la iconografía. Cuestionaremos cómo se ha construido la historia de las trobairitz y porqué ha sido así, a la luz de los estudios de género, y de esta manera poder entender el recorrido de estas compositoras por los siglos, desde la Edad Media hasta el presente.

    The trobairitz were noble, educated women of the 12th-13th centuries. They devoted themselves to the art of singing ballads and songs of courtly love, with great freedom given the rigorous rules of fin 'amors literature.This study addresses the issue of who many these women were, as well as delving into the implications for these female composers to express themselves in their vernacular lenguaje and both their poetic and musical literary style. We will approach the figure of the trobairitz from a 21th century mindset, analysing how these women were received historically, from the inclusión of the trobairtiz in contemporary history of music, and from the study of iconography. We will examine the way the history of the trobairitz has been built and why it has been so, in the light of de gender studies, thus being able to grasp the way which these composers had to go through along the centuries, from the Middle Age to today.
