    El Tercer Sector de Acción Social español es un agente clave para el impulso de la inclusión en el modelo social europeo. Su fortaleza radica en las alianzas internas entre entidades, así como al establecimiento de vínculos con el estado y el mercado. Se mostrará, mediante análisis documental de fuentes secundarias, la tesitura en la que están ambos tipos de gobernanza con respecto a las políticas para la inclusión en la UE. Los resultados muestran una progresión en cuanto a estructuras, canales, ideario y metas comunes, pero también déficits que señalan el camino a recorrer hacia la colaboración y participación.

    AA The Spanish Third Sector of Social Action is a key agent for the promotion of inclusion in the European social model. Its strength lies in the internal alliances between entities, as well as the establishment of links with the state and the market. It will be shown, through documentary analysis of secondary sources. the situation in which both types of governance are with regard to policies for inclusion in the EU. The results show a progression in terms of structures, channels, ideas and common goals, but also deficits that point the way forward towards collaboration and participation.
