Valoración de estudiantes sobre el uso de "Edpuzzle" en la Universidad de Cantabria

    El Mobile Learning se define como la construcción de conocimiento y el desarrollo de habilidades deforma autónoma y ubicua gracias a la mediación de dispositivos móviles. En este contexto, Edpuzzlees un recurso que permite crear y editar videos para que el alumnado se acerque de manera lúdica einteractiva a diversos contenidos. El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo determinar la valoración quehace el alumnado de las asignaturas G297 y G308 de la Universidad de Cantabria respecto al usode Edpuzzle como recurso didáctico durante el curso 2021-2022. Para ello, se pasó un cuestionario a44 estudiantes. La valoración de Edpuzzle osciló entre 4.14 y 4.45, destacando la facilidad, sencillezy comodidad de la aplicación. Entre los aspectos negativos, el alumnado resaltó la imposibilidad deavanzar o retroceder el video. Las recomendaciones para docentes se centraron en explicar el fun-cionamiento de Edpuzzle e incluir videos interesantes de duración inferior a 10 minutos, mientras quepara los alumnos la recomendación fue prestar atención al video. En conclusión, el alumnado valorópositivamente todos los aspectos analizados de Edpuzzle (recomendación, satisfacción, preferenciade uso y retención de información), tanto a nivel cuantitativo como cualitativo.

    Mobile Learning is defined as the knowledge construction and the development of skills autonomouslyand ubiquitously thanks to the mediation of mobile devices. In this context, Edpuzzle is a resourceallowing to create and edit videos so that students can approach various contents in a playful and inter-active way. The aim of this work was to determine the students’ assessment regarding the use of Ed-puzzle as a teaching resource during the 2021-2022 academic year in the G297 and G308 subjects ofthe University of Cantabria. Thus, a questionnaire was fulfilled by 44 students. Edpuzzle’s rating rangedbetween 4.14 and 4.45, highlighting the ease, simplicity and comfort of the application. Among thenegative features, the students highlighted the impossibility of advancing or rewinding the video. Therecommendations for teachers focused on explaining how Edpuzzle works and including interestingvideos lasting less than 10 minutes, while for students the recommendation was to pay attention to thevideo. In conclusion, the students positively valued all the analyzed aspects of Edpuzzle (recommenda-tion, satisfaction, preference for use and retention of information), both quantitatively and qualitatively.
