    Cuando la guarda del menor por parte de los progenitores no es posible y esta es atribuida de forma conjunta a dos personas convivientes que posteriormente cesan dicha convivencia, resulta necesario determinar cuál de ellas va a ejercer a partir de ese momento las funciones inherentes a dicha guarda.
