El recurso del POUZ en la asignatura del Practicum

    La necesidad de llevar a cabo un proceso de mejora continua en la calidad de la docencia en el Grado de Fisioterapia motiva a muchos docentes a incorporar nuevos recursos y adaptar los ya existentes. El objetivo general esfacilitar la adquisición de competencias de la asignatura del Practicum a través del plan de Orientación Universitaria, proporcionando al estudiante los recursos académicos y de orientación laboral necesarios. La metodología utilizada se desarrolla a través de dos sesiones en las que se van a abordar el tema de formación académica pre y postgrado y de inserción laboral. Durante estas sesiones se desarrolla un feedback docente-estudiante que muestran las necesidades y requerimientos que surgen de cada una de las partes. La evaluación mediante un cuestionario de autoevaluación que permite conocer la percepción del estudiante sobre el nivel de adquisición de estas competencias. Los resultados que se obtienen son satisfactorios, en cuanto al interés que suscita el plan tutor, más de la mitad de los estudiantes indican que les ha parecido muy bien (51.5%), el 21.21% les ha parecido bien y para el 18.18% excelente, el 88% de los estudiantes estiman que la sesión de formación académica ha resuelto dudas sobre el futuro de su formación, de la misma manera el 96% de los estudiantes refejan que la sesión de orientación laboral , empleabilidad… les ha resultado instructiva. A la última pregunta el 100% de los estudiantes creen necesario que este tipo de sesiones se realicen en 4º de grado de Fisioterapia. Las conclusiones que se obtienen son que el POUZ es efectivo en cuanto a la adquisición de competencias de la asignatura del Prácticum a través de las sesiones de orientación laboral y académica.

    The need to carry out a process of continuous improvement in the quality of teaching in the Degree of Physiotherapy motivates many teachers to incorporate related resources in this case, with the acquisition of professional skills. The general objective is to facilitate the acquisition of competencies of the Practicum subject through the University Orientation plan, providing the student with the necessary academic and career guidance resources. The methodology used is developed through two sessions in which the subject of pre and postgraduate academic training and job placement will be addressed. During these sessions a teacher-student feedback is developed that show the needs and requirements that arise from each of the parties. The evaluation through a self-assessment questionnaire that allows knowing the student’s perception of the level of acquisition of these competences. The results obtained are satisfactory, in terms of the interest aroused by the tutor plan, more than half of the students indicate that they have found it very good (51.5%), 21.21% thought it was good and for 18.18% excellent. , 88% of the students estimate that the academic training session has solved doubts about the future of their training, in the same way 96% of the students refect that the session of employment orientation, employability ... has been instructive. To the last question, 100% of the students believe that this type of sessions must be done in the 4th degree of Physiotherapy. The conclusions that are obtained are that the POUZ is efective in terms of acquiring competences of the Practicum subject through work and academic orientation sessions.
