The paper aims to focus on the question of the protection of Cultural Heritage under war risk. The urgency of the question which has been already developed in several cases, is connected with the necessity of defining a way to make accessible and understandable a procedure connected with the safeguarding of the goods, starting from the prevision of the risk. It is clear that the prevention, in case of war, is strictly connected with diplomatic and political actions, and also with the good practice of intercultural dialogue. Nevertheless, it is useful to clarify which is the relation of this risk with the other ones, generally connected with the conservation and the safeguarding of cultural heritage and the regulations or guidelines already shared with different stakeholders and fitted into the macro-area of the Protection of Cultural heritage. The relation with the prevention procedure of the different risks can help the managing of the safeguarding of Cultural Heritage affected by war and can improve the consciousness of all the stakeholders involved in their protection.
