    Las ayudas fiscales del Clero, constituyen un instrumento de extraordinario valor a la hora de evaluar el papel político de la Iglesia Castellano-Leonesa en el siglo XVII. La creación de los servicios de millones introducirá sensibles cambios en la forma en que hasta entonces dicho estamento había coadyuvado al mantenimiento del Estado. El carácter de tales imposiciones, que anulaban la exenciones contributivas, sacudió los fundamentos de la inmunidad de la Iglesia, constituyendo un vehículo de transgresión sistemática de las libertades eclesiásticas.

    The financial aids of the Clergy are an extraordinary tool in order to evaluate the political role of the Church of "Castilla-León" during the XVII th century. The creation of the million services will introduce some changes in the way that the above mentioned state had been collaborating with the economy of the State. The character of such impositions, with cancelled the exemptions of taxes, shook the basis of the Church immunity, being a vehicle for the transgressions of the ecclesiastical licenses.
