The present study aimed to examine the perceptions of future teachers about the usefulness of plastic arts workshops to enhance the interpersonal dimensions of school climate. These dimensions refer to relationships between equals and between teachers and students. A total of 56 students from the Early Childhood Education Teaching Degree at the University of Alicante responded to a virtual debate. The participants' narratives were coded and analyzed with the AtlasTi7 program. The results reveal that with approximately 64% of representation in the responses, the participants argue that the plastic arts workshops benefit the development of trust between students and teachers. On the other hand, with approximately 36% of representation, future teachers believe that children get to know their classmates better in this type of workshops and their disruptive behavior towards others decreases. It is concluded that the plastic arts workshops that are carried out in Early Childhood Education classrooms enhance interpersonal relationships.
