    Este trabajo vuelve sobe el tema clásico del contrato entre generaciones. Recuerda su vínculo con el contrato social y su proyección en los textos constitucionales. Aborda las partes que podrían participar en ese contrato. Y, finalmente, propone una serie de contenidos que deben estar presentes cuando se discute sobre el contrato social.

    This work returns to the classic issue of the contract between generations. The paper traces the connection of the contract between generations with the idea of the social contract and its projection in the constitutional texts. Addresses the parties that could participate in that contract. And, finally, it proposes a series of contents that must be present when discussing the social contract.
