    El presente trabajo contiene algunas reflexiones sobre la posibilidad de construir un constitucionalismo situado. Si bien, la palabra constitucionalismo tiene raíces occidentales y no incluyentes, de momento, aquí se utiliza esta categoría para pensar otra forma de organización de determinados grupos humanos considerando sus realidades donde el cosmos, la naturaleza y, en este caso, los Andes (montañas) forman parte importante de su filosofía. Nos referimos a la filosofía andina que mantiene su fortaleza en los pueblos andinos y que es capaz de ‘convivir’ con el constitucionalismo oficial resistiendo muchas veces al fuerte eurocentrismo.

    The present work contains some reflections on the possibility of constructing a situated constitutionalism. Although the word constitutionalism has Western and non-inclusive roots, now, here this category is used to think of another form of organization of certain human groups considering their realities where the cosmos, nature and, in this case, the Andes (mountains) are an important part of its philosophy. We refer to the Andean philosophy that maintains its strength in the Andean peoples and that can ‘live’ with official constitutionalism, often resisting strong Eurocentrism.
