  • A Project Arrangement (PA) for a Quiescent Period Prediction (QPP) aims at better prediction of quiescent periods for wave induced ship motions.

    Such motions, particularly in bad weather, limit the operational capability of the ship, for example they may hinder tasks such as the launch and recovery of helicopter or UAV´s. The use of QPP facilitates better timing of these tasks to reduce operational limitations.
