    Son muchos los nombres de poderosas mujeres que han inundado el universo de las letras. Pero son muchas más las barreras invisibles, con una profunda raíz sociocultural, las que han tenido que sortear hasta conseguir su justo reconocimiento. El texto hace un recorrido que muestra esta realidad en sectores claves del mundo de la educación y de la cultura, con algunas de sus protagonistas, muchas de ellas mujeres indomables, valientes, insumisas, amazonas que han luchado por conseguir, para todas, lo que en justicia les corresponde. Su visibilización ha sido clave para provocar que las políticas de las administraciones públicas impulsaran el respaldo legislativo necesario para conseguir lo que por derecho les corresponde como ciudadanas. Porque cuando la igualdad, la paridad, se hacen cuestión de Estado, pueden revertir situaciones de flagrante injusticia.

    There are many names of powerful women who have flooded the world of literature. But there are many more invisible barriers, with deep sociocultural roots, that they have had to overcome to achieve their just recognition. The text takes a look at this reality in key sectors of the world of education and culture, with some of its protagonists, many of them indomitable, courageous, unsubmissive women, Amazons who have fought to achieve, for all of them, what is rightfully theirs. Their visibility has been key to ensuring that the policies of public administrations promote the necessary legislative backing to achieve what is rightfully theirs as citizens. Because when equality and parity become a matter of State, situations of flagrant injustice can be reversed.
