Desarrollo de un procedimiento para gestionar la seguridad y salud del trabajo en la Agencia de Servicios Automotores S.A. Holguín

    Este artículo incluye un acercamiento teórico a temas relacionados con la seguridad y salud del trabajo, la propuesta de un procedimiento para gestionarla y los resultados de la aplicación parcial en la Agencia de Servicios Automotores S.A en Holguín.

    El procedimiento propuesto está basado en el modelo de mejora continua para la gestión de la seguridad y salud del trabajo desarrollado por (Velázquez Zaldívar, 2002) incluye una fase, para la integración de las normativas sobre el tema basado en el procedimiento aportado por (Acosta Pérez, 2009), considera los diferentes niveles o entornos y/o los actores involucrados con incidencia en el sistema.

    Para la realización de la investigación que se presenta se utilizaron métodos que integran técnicas y herramientas de diversa índole, como el análisis – síntesis, el histórico – lógico, la entrevista, el método inductivo – deductivo, la investigación bibliográfica y documental y fueron empleado los software Microsoft Excel para elaborar las tablas que se presentan y el IBM SPSS Stadistics 19 para realizar el análisis clúster.

    Se presenta la primera fase del procedimiento, caracterizándose la organización objeto de estudio y se estableció que su sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud del trabajo, es susceptible de mejora, recomendándose continuar el perfeccionamiento de la herramienta y la aplicación del resto de las fases.

    You will find, on this article a theoretic approach, to topics related with security and occupational health, a procedure to try to manage it and the results of the partial application of the procedure at Servicios Automotores S.A's agency in Holguín.

    The procedure is based in the model of continuous improvement for security and occupational health developed for (Velázquez Zaldívar, 2002) and include a phase, for the integration of the rules and laws related with this system based on the proposed of (Acosta Pérez, 2009), and consider the different levels related and the actors implicated in the system.

    For carried out this investigations were used methods, techniques and tools of diverse nature, like the bibliographic investigation and documentary, the historic-logical analysis, the interview, analysis – synthesis, the inductive - deductive method, Microsoft Excel to present the data recompiled and the IBM SPSS Statistics 19 to accomplish the cluster analysis included.

    After the application on the first phase of the procedure proposed in the organization, there were find two principals’ results the more distinctive characteristics of the agency and the fact that the system of security and occupational health it is open to improvement. Considered those finds its recommended continued with the application of the other phases of the proposed and improvement of this management tool.
