The aim of this theoretical contribution is to develop a research project on the relational network analysis of culturaladult education in rural areas, with the aim of understanding modern education not only as the transfer of knowledge, but also assearch process between teachers and learners for adequate solutions to actual challenges. Various places of learning play a roleas organizational learning settings, as do the relationships between the learners themselves. With a relational understanding ofeducation, according to the thesis, education can offer reflection that a modern society needs. A regional university can serve asa coordination unit, which makes the various locations and their connections visible in a network analysis and thus supportsmutual understanding.
