    El presente artículo pretende analizar la figura del derecho de superficie como herramienta al servicio de la colaboración público-privada, y su reciente utilización por diferentes autonomías y ayuntamientos con el objetivo en pro del derecho a la vivienda, para incrementar el parque de vivienda en alquiler asequible en proyectos subvencionados con fondos europeos Next Generation.

    This article aims to analyze the figure of the Surface right as a tool at the service of public-private partnership, and its recent use by different regions and city councils with the objective of promoting the right to housing, to increase the rental affordable housing stock in projects subsidized with European Next Generation funds.
