  • This essay comments on the work of Umberto Romagnoli “Contrattazione e Partecipazioneµ underlining the meaning for the Spanish labor culture of this work in relation to the tendencies towards a certain mystification of collaborative management with the company, and proposes an updated reading guide which links the problem of democracy and participation in the company both in terms of its management and administration and in the new conception of a socially responsible corporation and therefore open to participation of unions and other stakeholders.
