I cannot find the Sync button in iTunes.

Hi all . I want to sync to my ipad via itunes. But one thing is I can't find the Sync button. I connect via USB cable. Thanks.

Select your iPad under "Devices" on iTunes left Pane, SYNC button is at the lower right window on the right Pane.
