Situated somewhere between 70s Earth Wind and Fire, 80s night drives, 90s Sega Genesis sessions on Saturday mornings, and early 2000s shopping at the K-mart on the other side of town, this album is pretty much exactly what I imagine when I hear the term "future funk". An absolutely fun, surreal and groovy listen! J. Wright Reviews
First off, I like that this release came with a .txt file that explains the general theme of this release. I wish more artists did that. Second, this whole album is just straight-up beach-cruising synthwave that works perfectly for this time of year. I can see myself driving along a beach at sunset and ending up in a quiet city by the time night falls. J. Wright Reviews
