Rena | Healthy Fitness Meals on Instagram: "Blueberry Yogurt Breakfast Bowl Ingredients 1 cup frozen blueberries 1 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt 1 tbsp agave or honey (optional- my blueberries were a bit sour) 1 tbsp chia seeds Toppings: sliced bananas, granola, fresh berries, shredded coconut Instructions - microwave the blueberries for 1 minute - Mash them with a fork - Add yogurt, honey, and chia. Mix to combine - Cover and Store in the fridge for 2 hours. - Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy"
