Abbie Flake on Instagram: "I’ve been making these dinner rolls for YEARS and use them all the time— it’s a flake family staple! We also use this same dough and turn it into our sandwich bread! Here’s the recipe: 2 tbsp active dry yeast 2 cups warm water 2 eggs 2 tsp salt 1/2 cup granulated sugar or honey 1/2 cup melted butter 6 1/2 cups flour Mix the wet ingredients together and then slowly incorporate the flour until a dough ball forms and is no longer sticky. Knead for 2-3 mins until smooth. Cover and let rise for 1-2 hrs, until double. Punch down and shape into 32 rolls. Place on a sheet pan and cover, let rise for another 30 mins or so until puffy. Bake at 350 for 15-18 mins, until golden brown!"
