SWISS ROLL CAKE - DONNA NONNA RECIPES

🌼 pattern 🌼 20g butter 20g all purpose flour 20g icing sugar 20g egg white whisk together until well combined draw your pattern & refrigerate for 10 minutes. 🍰 cake 🍰 4 egg yolks (large saiz) 1 tsp vanilla essence 60g milk 55g oil 60g all purpose flour combine and whisk until fully combined meringue 4 egg whites 40g caster sugar 4g lemon juice beat the egg white until it start to become foamy. gradually add the caster sugar and the lemon juice until it form a firm peak. take some of the meringue into the egg yolk batter, fold until well combined. pour the mixture into the rest of the meringue and fold until just fully combined. pour into 12x12 inch pan & spread evenly. bake at 160°c 15-20 minutes in preheated oven.
