Aloo Tikki: • 1 tbsp Ghee • 1 tsp Jeera • Pinch of Hing • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste • ½ cup Onion finely chopped • ½ cup Capsicum finely chopped • ½ cup French Beans finely chopped • ½ cup Carrot finely chopped • ½ cup Green Peas boiled • 1+½ cup Potato boiled & mashed • 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder • 1 tbsp Coriander Powder • 1 tbsp Garam Masala • 1 tsp Pav Bhaji Masala • Salt to taste • Bread crumbs • Ghee for cooking Paneer Spread: • 1 cup Paneer • 3 Kashmiri Chillies (de seeded & soaked in hot water) • 1 cube Amul Cheese • Salt to taste Assembly: • Subway Loaf • Cheese slices • Lettuce • Sliced Veggies (onion, tomato, cucumber, capsicum) • Mint and Yogurt Chutney • Chaat Masala
