I had a lot of fun working on these game : a nice opportunity to develop some new take on the Norse Mythology and especially on this character/creature. I 've already worked on Surtur for the movie Thor : Ragnarok and here the challenge was to develop another fresh view.

So, here's six fingered fiend-daddy for my warlock character from DnD - Graz'zt. I thought Prince of the Abyss, Lord of Lies and Vices are perfect illustration for the current topic (and he actually have six fingers in DnD lore - I personally find this coincidence pretty hilarious) I'm dissatisfied by the curent situations with AI on ArtStation - as almost everybody here. My artstyle and creative process was always on the chaotic side - I love to draw strange shapes and then rediscover it with the help of my imagination. So there's no tedious or routine thing to me in the process of a drawing - I don't see how AI can "save" me from something I love to do. But I can see comments about how my art seems to be "AI generated" pretty easily and it's not fun. I like exploration thing that AI can provide, but I don't want to lay my hands on someone's intellectual property that was stolen in the process - everybody knows that's not cool. It would be fair to do some AI stocks, where you can dump your art if you want it to work for AI learning (with revenue of course). And I'm frustrated to see unedited raw AI generated images on ArtStation - I'm here because I want to see what other's hands can do in terms of drawing, not in terms of typing prompts (and this images almost always something so generic to the point it's just creating visual noize). I also don't see how a tag can protect someone's intellectual property proactively (even if it written down in terms) - it's seems like a deflection ar\and a distraction method. So oh well, nothing new Still I hope this all will be solved one way or another - with time, effort and consideration for the opinions of the artist community. For now - let's enjoy this storm together ;)
