Condensed milk (adjust according to your sweetness level, it depends on mangoes as well) 6. ⁠Mango Pulp (1 cup, grind mangos) Let second layer cool down before you add top/last one! For last layer: I use mango pulp and added 1 tsp gelatine powder, you can skip gelatine and add mango pulp only, it gives this smooth texture. Refrigerate for good 4-5 hours! I used @milkfieldspk dairy cream which is a game changer for desserts, you can use it for sweet treats, breakfast or integrate in savoury dishes! It’s texture is rich, smooth and creamy as you can see in the video! 😍 Highly recommended!

NIKITA SHAH | FOOD & TRAVEL on Instagram: "5 Must-Try Noodles for a Rainy Day Because there’s something magical about slurping steaming hot noodles as it pours outside😍 Khao Suey - Grind garlic cloves, ginger and spring onion heads into a paste using some water - Heat oil in a pan, toss in the paste add ground birds eye chilli (or green chilli) and turmeric powder, cook this for 2-3mins - Add raw baby corn & carrots with some water and let this cook till they become tender - Add in other vegetables like zucchini, broccoli & mushrooms, salt and cook for 2-3 mins -Lower the flame and pour in your coconut milk -Mix well and bring it to a boil. Turn off the flame and your curry is ready -To assemble your Khow Suey bowl, cook your choice of noodles as per instructions mentioned on the pac
Foody Popz on Instagram: "SMACKED CUCUMBER + TZATZIKI SALAD 🔥 by @sovegan Serves 6 🌱 2 medium cucumbers 🌱 salt + pepper 🌱 olive oil 🌱 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard 🌱 1 lemon, juice only 🌱 1 tsp maple syrup 🌱 310g (1.25 cups) vegan yoghurt, see notes 🌱 1 garlic clove, peeled + grated 🌱 1 handful of fresh parsley, finely chopped 🌱 1 large handful of fresh dill, see notes 🌱 2 spring onion, sliced Slice the ends off the cucumbers, then use a rolling pin to bash the cucumber until it softens and splits (avoid bashing too hard because you don’t want to smack it into tiny pieces). Use your hands to break up the smacked cucumber into 3cm (1”) pieces, then transfer them to a colander over a mixing bowl. Add a pinch of salt to the cucumber, mix, then set aside for 15 minutes to drain.

It is free of any additives, all natural & can be added to soups, curries, risotto & much more. 1 tbsp Oil 2 Bay leaves 8 to 10 black pepper corns 1 Large Onions 7 to 8 cloves of garlic 1 & 1/2 tbsp coriander stem 1 small potato 1/2 cup Celery 1/2 cup Carrot A little water 1 tbsp Parsley or coriander leaves Salt to taste (Keep it slightly salty) You can also add mushrooms to this, I didn’t add it because someone in our house is allergic to mushrooms. It tastes nice with mushrooms. Do not add water while grinding & blend to make a coarse paste.
