Take one of my top sequencing strategies: break it up! 🔄 Sometimes, I’ll guide my students through a big sweeping transition between two poses. A great example is low lunge ➡️ dancing shiva. Stretch your hamstrings, open your hips and extend your spine, all without leaving your chair or work desk! I actually don’t recommend being glued to your work station (I mean who want’s that?), but if you work long hours, I do recommend stopping every now and again to stretch your body so you don’t become a crumpled up hunchback riddled with tension and pain!
