And it's way healthier. Oh that looks so fresh. Ah. Wow. First thing you need is a big fat juicy apple. Ah. Dang. Cut both ends off so there's no core. No core. Oh. That was hardcore. Sorry. Careful. Watch your fingers. Watch your fingers. Okay. Boom. Okay. You want these two sides right here. What do you do with this? That looks so good. Now you want to scoop out a little divot, okay? Gonna be a nice little for your ice cream. Like you're like and you're just making a mess. Dogs could have apples. You want it to be a little divot, okay? Like your boyfriend's golf game. That's where the ice cream's going to sit in there. That's a nice divot. That's a nice one. That is really nice. There. Yeah. Now, he's an air fryer but we don't want to do that. So, we're going to use the oven. If you do want to use your air fryer though, he said 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Yeah. Okay. Now, once your apples are in a bacon dish, use as much cinnamon as you wish, okay? The salon cinnamon. Hey, That's a lot of cinnamon. I wish I didn't do that much. That's crazy. I didn't need to. We have a we have a hot **** oven. Ours might just be 10 minutes. Yeah. So see. Beautiful. Yeah. Ooh it's ready. Look at that. Okay we left ours in for a little bit longer because again we didn't air fry ours. Mhm. So we left it in for like what? 10 more minutes longer? Yeah but halfway through at about 15 minutes we took it out. Sprayed it down with olive oil spray and then put it back for another 10 minutes. But that thing's soft and gushy. It is. That thing's soft and gushy. Now different vanilla ice cream. I got this ice cream because it's from New York City and we live in New York City but also most ice creams have 25 ingredients. This only has four. Cream, milk, cane sugar, egg yolks, of vanilla bean. That's fine. That's great. And sea salt. And sea salt. Make sure you're checking your ingredients because I'm telling you. This is you gotta be careful. It's a year to check ingredients. You gotta protect your family, okay? Lock your doors and your pantries. Okay, so what you want to do is you take that little scoop. Okay. Put it right in the middle. Boom. And because that apple is nice and warm and hot, guess what it's going to do? Make it soft. Now, you want to top it with some granola. Mm. With the, this got some sea in it. You know the seeds once they go in meat they come out the same way. Now hit it with another layer of hana. Yeah. Oh. Whoa. Okay. Why even eat unhealthy desserts? You don't even need to. It's so good. That tastes like apple pie without carbs. Oh my gosh. And all the refined sugars and the nasty things. It's a carb-free apple pie and listen. That is delicious. That's a that's a heck of a dessert.
