Family favourite masala roti! Ingredients: - Roti dough - Oil - Green chilli paste - Coriander Powder - Jiralu / Chaat Masala - Coriander finely chopped - Ghee - Lemon juice Method: - Roll out roti dough into a thick circle - Drizzle some oil, top with green chilli paste, coriander powder, jiralu and spread it evenly - Lastly top with lots of coriander and fold as shown in the video - Roll it out further into a thick roti - Cook on a tawa on either side till golden - Top it off with some ghee, lemon juice and serve hot with dahi.
