OK, I borrowed this idea from another Pinterest post and made a few alterations. We had Mexican food for our Christmas dinner and what better than a Grinch guacamole. Easy to do, shaped with a spoon, onion slice and green olives for his eyes, green onion leaves for this hair, brows, and features, and a little piece of avacado peel for his nose. I was pleased with the result.

Display at the Gaylord Texan ICE! Exhibit in Grapevine, Texas - Everything was carved from blocks of ice! This year the theme was "How the Grinch Stole Christmas". It was 9 Degrees Fahrenheit (-12C) in this exhibit! Ice sculptures formed by master ice carving artisans from the city of Harbin in Northeast China. Two million pounds of ice, 400 pound blocks. Nearly a month of 12 hour shifts to create. Simply amazing!
