I'm in Haven: Hello, Hello, Hello! | Inspirational cards, Cricut cards, Cards

I made three cards using the new "hello" die from Simon Says Stamp! This die lends itself to simplicity, but ALSO lends itself to a small sentiment tucked in the curves of it's script... Just HAD to put a "happy" sentiment in the loop of that "h"...and then the colors to go with it:)!! The "happy" is from a Simon Says Stamp set called Lots of Thanks. I had used a piece of the Simon Says Stamp 120lb white cardstock I had purchased in a variety pack of really cool papers...there is even wood…

Hello Sunshine and Happy Birthday - Sunny Studio - Made Marion | Cool cards, Cards, Clear stamps

I’ve got 2 cards over on the Sunny Studio blog today. The first one uses a set called Sunny Sentiments. It is one of my favourite sets – it has some greats fonts. I masked off a strip and blended in some distress inks. To create the dots, I used a stencil and removed some …

hello Card Inspiration for Homemade Cards

haven't been able to do a CAS challenge in ages, but got the time this evening so decided to play along. I chose this card (http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo/2382516?&cat=500&ppuser=18530) from harriet's gallery. I stayed pretty close to her card, but did change the word to "hello" and didn't put it at an angle.

Paperplayerssketch - SU - Hello You Thinlets, English Garden dsp - greeting other source | Paper cards, Cards, Hello cards

Hi Everyone. Happy Saturday. It's the fabulously talented Nance's turn to host our Paper Players challenge this week and she has a really versatile sketch for us. I knew that I wanted to use some of my new English Garden DSP and create a feminine card. I really do like the colors in this DSP pack and am proving to myself that I can make these larger patterns work on a card. :-) I used some Silver Glimmer Paper, which I colored with a red Copic marker. The colors work with the DSP, but add…

Card Sketch Hello by Katchoo1 - Cards and Paper Crafts at Splitcoaststampers | Hello cards, Card sketches, Stampin up cards

I was inspired by Dawn Griffith's sketch 163 as seen on Pinterest: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/473159504614052133/ I changed it up a bit to go better with the sizes of pieces I had. I cut the pink banner from a scrap of cardstock, and the smallest rectangle from a scrap of white cardstock. I cut the butterfly and floral prints from Pink Paislee patterned paper. I arranged on a white premade card and glued the banner and circle in place. I stamped the sentiment and crosses on the white…

MFT Sketched Blooms 1 Watercolor Flower Card

Hello friends! I received the MFT set Sketched Blooms last week and inked it up for the first time yesterday! This set is very easy to stamp, and what I love most is that your stamping (and coloring) don't have to be perfect! A little off center, color out of the lines, no problem! I wanted to see the blooms in different colors so I made a second card: Which card do you like better? Thank you for stopping by and have a fabulous week!

Two More Mixed Sentiment Fonts on Fun Backgrounds Cards

Today I am sharing the last two cards I created when I was playing with mixing die fonts on unique backgrounds for my newest video here. One of my favorite new dies is the Memory Box Pinpoint Leaf background plate that I used to create this pretty background with Tonic Studios Golden Satin Mirror Card. Another current favorite of mine are sentiment dies from Sue Wilson and I mixed those with a "fabulous" sentiment die from Ellen Hutson. The flowers are dies from Crealies and I added some…
