Try this front to back & back to front vinyasa flow. I’ve been wanting to sequence out a reverse flow for so long and I’m definitely going to be bringing one to my classes soon.. I love this flow 🙌

I will be playing catch-up at my house today after my trip and going to be getting together all of my sequences/themes for the next few weeks. Excited to see everyone on their mats. Don’t forget, we will be diving into the Niyamas today. Excited to go on this journey with my students.
