Poor posture can lead to chronic neck and shoulder pain and even back pain, making you feel miserable, achy all the time. That’s no way to live 😓   CHAIR THORACIC ROTATIONS What I love about this move is that it: ✅ Strengthens your rotator cuff & shoulder blade muscles ✅ Actively releases tension through the front of your chest ✅ Helps to mobilize your THORACIC spine, where a ton of posture tension can reside Do 5-8 reps per side. Let me know how this feels for you!!! 💕 Also, are your shoulders and posture muscles a source of pain? I have a free Posture Masterclass coming that will REALLY help. Posturepro on Instagram: "When we think about posture, we often imagine muscles and joints working together to hold us upright. But what if we told you that posture is more than just biomechanics? It’s a continuous output of the brain.

The brain is constantly sending signals to our muscles, telling them how to position our body.

This means that our posture is a reflection of our brain’s state. By focusing upstream on the brain, rather than downstream on the muscles and joints, we can make significant improvements in our posture and overall well-being.

This approach not only changes the way we think about posture but also opens up new possibilities for therapeutic interventions.
