Lazenby’s Basalt polished concrete floor is featured throughout 400m² of the ground floor and terrace. This magnificent award winning project is by Gregory Phillips Architects and Relicpride Construction. Due to the abundance of natural light flooding into the property, the clients and architect selected Lazenby’s Basalt colour, which beautifully enhances the architectural features of the building.

Lazenby’s Cool Grey polished concrete floor throughout the ground floor and Cool Grey cast in-situ worktop with an ebony chemical stain in the open plan kitchen/diner. Cool Grey polished concrete is one of Lazenby’s more popular concrete colours and it’s pre-cast equivalent is Fossil; ideal for tiles, stair treads and other great features, the possibilities are endless.

Lazenby’s Off White polished concrete floors feature inside and outside this elegant Grade 2 listed Georgian House refurbishment. Internally, the floors were master-crafted using the Lazenby method – see our video. Outside, the main contractor produced the formwork ready for Lazenby’s Off White concrete which was finished entirely by hand. This helped to give a slight texture which complied with the client and architect’s requirement of a slip resistance finish.
