Macros per bowl:
49.2G protein. 477 cal. 10G carbs. 24G fat.

Sausage egg and cheese breakfast bowl
(Recipe is for 1 bowl, make as many as you like!)

1 egg 
1/2 cup egg whites
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Seasonings of choice (I used garlic salt, pepper, and everything bagel)
1/4 cup veggies of choice (I used peppers and onions)
3 turkey sausage links chopped
Green onion, chopped for garnish

Preheat oven to 400°
Spray an oven safe bowl with nonstick cooking spray
Add all the ingredients into the bowl, whisk well and bake for 35-45 minutes (or until the eggs are set, time may vary on the depth of your bowl)

Perfect way you start your day! Simple meal prep and about 20g of protein each serving 😋
Protein Power Breakfast Bowl 
Recipe:
Serves 4
8 eggs 
1 cup egg whites
 1 pack Chicken Sausage (4 links)
2 Sweet Potatoes 
Veggies of Choice; I went with Spinach, Red Peppers and mushrooms
Season everything to taste!
Always prioritize the oil you cook with. My preferred oil is avocado oil due to the high smoke point and it contains zero cholesterol and no trans-fats!
