Painting the fabrics and then taking them to the sewing machine. It was magic sewing all the layers. I couldn’t stop. The journal just kept getting more and more lush and interesting. Now the excitement continues as I add in layers of stitching. I haven’t stitched for over a month. I miss how it quiets my mind.
