You can do all 4 exercises together for a full cable back workout, or use whichever ones you like the look of in your other workouts ❤️ 

- overhand cable row, the overhand being more upper back focused rather than lats, although lats are used in both underhand and overhand grips 
- cable lat pushdown, targeting mainly the lats as long as you keep your arms straight and don’t bend them into a Tricep movement 
- single arm row, good for the whole back singular sided 
- cable reverse flys, I particularly like these for the mid and lower traps 

10-12 reps 3 sets of exercises each movement
