372K views · 29K reactions | The easiest & most delicious no-knead bread rolls! I’ve shared so many easy no-knead bread recipes on my page, but this one might be the easiest. No folding, shaping, or kneading needed, and these turn out so crispy on the outside and soft on the inside❣️ My favourite thing about this recipe is that you can easily adjust the quantities to suit how much you want to make. The recipe uses equal parts flour and water, with just yeast and salt added in. It’s completely mess-free: simply mix with a spatula, cover, and let it rest for 1.5–2 hours. Then, use two spoons to scoop the dough onto the baking tray, sprinkle some flour on top, and bake! Ingredients (for quantity shown in video) 300ml lukewarm water 325g flour 7g yeast 1 tsp salt Let me know if you have any questions in the comments! #easybreadrecipes #recipeshare #nokneadbread #easybread | Maisam Algirgeet

Thanksgiving Honey Butter Rolls 2 1/4 tsp ActiveDry Yeast 3.5 cups all-purpose flour 1 cup warm water 1 egg 3 tbs butter, melted
3.5 tbs sugar 2 tsp Celtic salt Olive oil to coat bowl 1 tbs milk & 1 egg for wash In mixer bowl add yeast, 1/2 cup of the flour and warm water. Mix well, cover and let sit for 15 minutes until foamy. Next add in egg, butter, sugar and salt and mix well. Now add in remaining flour and knead for 5-6 minutes with the dough hook attachment on your mixer. Pour out onto a floured surface and shape into a round ball. Coat the mixer bowl with a little bit of olive oil and put the dough back in and roll around until all of the dough is coated in olive oil. Cover and let sit for two hours at room temperature until doubled in size. Punch down and pour out onto floured surface and shape into a rectangle. Cut into 16 pieces form each piece individually to make your rolls. Add these to a parchment lined pan. Cover with saran wrap that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray so it doesn’t stick to the rolls. Let rise for one hour. Remove the saran wrap and bake in a preheated 375° oven for 18 minutes. Reduce the heat to 350° and bake for another 5 minutes or until golden brown. Baking times may differ depending on your oven. Enjoy with some homemade honey butter.
