Ingredients: 1 cup water 1 cup granulated sugar 1 cup chopped fresh pineapple 1/2 cup chopped pink dragon fruit flesh (or any color) 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (from 2-3 lemons) 4 cups cold water Ice cubes, for serving Instructions: Make a simple syrup: In a saucepan, combine the water and sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves completely. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let cool completely. Blend the fruit: In a blender, combine the cooled simple syrup, chopped pineapple, and dragon fruit flesh. Blend until smooth. Assemble the lemonade: In a pitcher, combine the blended fruit mixture, lemon juice, and cold water. Stir well to combine. Serve: Fill glasses with ice and pour the lemonade over it. Enjoy chilled!
