Who has tight shoulders?
Who has tight shoulders? Definitely me. All the climbing, kickboxing, hunching over a desk, and now jiujitsu is conspiring against my shoulder mobility. To combat, I’ve been doing my 5 favorite stretches almost daily. Table top dog • ✨keep back level and press down at shoulders (arching back still feels good but will be a diff action) • ✨try with prayer arms which will stretch diff areas of shoulder and chest Cross cross T • ✨shimmy arms as far apart as possible using fingers • ✨flip palms up and roll forward so chest is on top of arms (will really stretch upper back). • ✨Forehead rests on floor, or face plant if that’s your thing.
