Due to this, the color may slightly be a little different but will be the shade ordered within that brand. (Jerzees, Gildan, hanes, etc.) **All brand measurements are an estimate and will not be exact inch, by inch. (please understand this is beyond our control) We suggest ordering your normal size for a loose fit and size down one size for a more fitted fit. Please note since all tees are handmade, graphic placement may vary slightly. ♥ PROCESSING ♥ We use only high quality blanks and a sublimation print design that is applied with a commercial grade heat press. Turnaround time is up 14 business days. If you need it sooner than that message me BEFORE ordering to see if we can accommodate. * Bleaching Process * We try to bleach 50-100 items per day, depending on weather. The process consists of bleaching each individual item, rinsing each item, drying each item, processing the design to press... this is a long process when doing multiple orders at a time. ♥ REASONS FOR DELAYS ♥ * Weather * We can NOT bleach items when it is raining or snowing. High power winds will also delay how many items we can bleach a day. Bleaching is not safe to do inside due to the chemicals. Please understand this when placing an order. We work as fast as we can to process all items in a timely manner. We are short staffed and a small business. ♥ CARE INSTRUCTIONS ♥ * Turn inside out for protection. Wash in cold water. * Light dry to low heat in machine to prevent shrinkage ♥ REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS ♥ We do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations or exchanges at this time. Each item is handmade and processed at the time of receiving each order and due to the custom nature of each item, we don't offer returns. Cancellations will only be made within 24hrs of an order being placed.
