Focus on the throat chakra yoga asana practice 💙
✨Vishudi is one of the 7 main energy channels that we know as the throat chakra. It is the first of the three higher chakras, and governs truthfulness. Vishudi is the energy channel for all communication. When this is balanced, the speech is clear and truthful, because there is clarity of mind.
✨Most asanas that focus on the throat area can also stimulate the prana in Vishudi. Inversions can also be practiced because the prana is reversed and going towards the head.
✨Ujjayi pranayama can stimulate prana flow in the throat area and the head, as well as bringing mental clarity and confidence to express ourselves freely in our speech/let our voice be heard.
