Rebar is included if selected. Each item is coated 3x front and back in outdoor spar urethane. It is recommended that you coat your sign every year. There is urethane offered at most local hardware stores in spray can version to make for easy application. It is recommended to remove in extreme temps. Keep in mind that wood has natural imperfections such as spots, knots or stripes. No two items will be exactly the same.
