Picadillo is a classic, home-style, Latin American dish. There are many variations, but this Puerto Rican version is my favorite so far!

Ingredients

Meat

• 2 lbs Ground beef

Produce

• 1 tbsp Cilantro

• 3 tbsp Garlic

• 1/2 Green bell pepper

• 1 Onion, small

• 2 tsp Oregano

• 1/3 cup Raisins

• 1/2 Red bell pepper

• 1/2 Yellow bell pepper

Canned Goods

• 2 Adobo

Condiments

• 1/3 cup Pimento stuffed olives

• 4 tbsp Sofrito

• 14 oz Tomato sauce

Baking & Spices

• 1 packet Sazon seasoning

Oils & Vinegars

• 2 tbsp Olive oil

Nuts & Seeds

• 2 tsp Cumin
