At the top should be the downloadable are you just purchased, click "Download files" to view your Downloads page. * a new screen will appear with all of your available downloads. Locate your recent purchase at the top and click "Download". You may need to allow downloads from Etsy.com. * a PDF file will download. Open that file if it's not already open and click the link to access your files. This will open a Dropbox.com page where you can download your purchased images.
